I absolutely love shooting Matric Farewells, it is such a special event in any matric student’s final school year and there is loads of energy all around.  Martin’s shoot was very special to me since he is my brother’s grandson and I have seen him grow up over the years.  Martin & Bernice (his partner for the evening) have been friends since they were babies. They were so relaxed and comfortable in each other’s presence that it made the shoot a very easy going event, even though the weather was very challenging at times with extremely strong winds and light rain. What a heartwarming sight to see young adults (soon entering the adult world) still having fun like 6 year olds 🙂  I am so lucky and so proud to have been part of this special day! And… off course….there must be a muscle car involved, especially if your Grandfather owns one!   How awesome was it to have a muscle car, bubbles, confetti and non-alcoholic champers all combined in one shoot.  Martin, we are so proud of you!
